Mark has construction running through his veins, being the 2nd generation & involved in the company since 12 years old, Mark has spent many years overseeing the running of the business, liasing with clients & ensuring the success of the company.

Tom is our hands on Managing Director, motivating self construction awareness. Developing the next generation.

Hannah started with MPL in 2017 & quickly moved from reception to a fulltime MPL office manager position.

Hannah's excellent work ethic, eye for detail & ability to assist in all areas of the office has enabled MPL to manage its vast workload with ease.

Along with Clare & Shannon’s help, Hannah has formed a formidable & efficient office environment for all MPL staff.

Starting as an apprentice with Michilis in 1997, Ryan has an abundance of construction experience, an eye for detail and a passion for producing quality projects.

Employed with Michilis for 8 years, Chris has been involved from the start with the Companies accreditation for Occupational Health, Safety & Environment as well as Quality Assurance.  Chris is our Return to Work Co-Ordinator as well as our Systems Manager.

Chris has been a part of the team for 18 years, as our chief estimator he has ensured the growth of Michilis with his outstanding success rate on tenders.

Clare started with Michilis in 2019

Clare not only assists with general reception, account & clerical duties but has also been an integral part in maintaining our company HSEQ Systems.

Clare’s politeness and professionalism has been an great addition to the MPL office team.

Shannon Started with Michilis in 2022,

She will be the face that greets you as you walk through Michilis' front door.

Shannon also helps out our Project & Estimating team with workloads during busier times.

Shannon's warm, positive attitude & willingness to help is a great addition to our very busy office.

Starting with Michilis as a carpenter, quickly moving into a leading hand roll. Mick has since moved into estimating & is proving to be an excellent asset to the estimating team.

Kevin joined the Michilis team in 2021, bringing his wealth of knowledge from his Bachelor of Building & Construction degree & from being in the construction industry for over 30years, working in contract procurement handling of major contracts for Ports Authority & Newcastle City Council. We are glad to have Kevin on team Michilis now! 

Joe started at Michilis in 2022 as a 4th year Uni student - Joe has now completed his Uni degree in Construction Project management and will be taking on his role as a project manager full time.

Joes attention to detail & professionalism have made a great addition to the MPL office & we look forward to many successful projects with Joe.

Lewis became a valuable member of the Michilis team in 2022.

Lewis is currently carrying out a Construction Project Management Degree at Newcastle University & he plays an important role assisting with project management & administration duties on large MPL projects.

Lewis has been a welcoming addition to the Michilis crew & a great hand in managing Michilis’s ever growing workload.
