Bar Beach Cliff Stabilisation

Completed in 2012, Bar Beach Cliff Stabilisation was a job that had Michilis thinking outside the square.  

The projects intent was to stabilise the weathering cliff face with an aesthetic architectural appeal.

Activities include, Cliff scaling by long reach machinery and cliff scaler labor supported from abseiling equipment.

Gabion rock walls created a free draining revetment wall whilst the decorative pavement protects scouring from overland run off. Also the Project features a amazing viewing deck, built out of Australian hardwoods, Gosford quarry sandstone and stainless steel ballustrade.

Merewether Ocean Baths were refurbished by Michilis in 2014.
